This place is small, nothing fancy but food were great especially for the price. We love the lobster roll here. Taste pretty fresh. Parking lot is small.

Great value, great food. Always stop here for steamers and lobster rolls when i'm in town. For ambience, go elsewhere. Basically a little fish market with a small, unassuming eating area. Highly recommend!

Ordered a bunch of fresh lobsters for about $10 each. Prices probably vary based on time of year. You can have them steam them for you as well (I don't believe they charge you for that). Also ordered a bunch of fried clams and scallops, all delicious. Service and prices are great! Definitely will continue coming here for all my seafood!

The Lobster Stop is a favorite for me and my family. In an age when lobster rolls can cost a ridiculous amount of money, this place has them for $13! The restaurant is not fancy and it's really a take-out joint with some tables. They have live lobsters in house, so you also can get classic steamed lobsters, fried clam strips, whole fried clams, fish and chips, calamari, and much more. All of it is good. One really good dish is their Sengari style fish, an Egyptian whole-fish dish. Nicely prepared with spices and sautéed veges. I recommend it. And the people that work there are quick and they leave you alone to sit as long as you want to.

Great spot in quincy for lobsters! Was looking for lobsters nearby and found this one. At first, when we arrived there were no lobsters. But, the staff let us know lobsters were coming soon and so we waited about 45 min until they arrived. They were well worth the wait!! We ordered 2 steamed lobsters, which came out pretty fast. The lobsters did have a lot of water come out when we cracked them, but that didnt take away from the taste! The seating of the area was not the best. The inside was very dim, so we wanted to sit outside on the nice sunny day, but the store is located right next to a giant bridge, so it got pretty loud with all the cars. Nonetheless, I would still come back here!

Customer service is A One and food was so divine. Love this place. Egyptian owned and such nice people at the front. Prices are very good and seafood So Fresh! I keep bringing someone new with me so we can get the word out about The Lobster Stop. After all word of mouth is the Best Advertisement! Keep up the great job.

Came to Massachusetts to visit family and it was only right to eat some seafood while we were on the East Coast! My mom found this place and so happy that she did. The lobster rolls had fresh lobster w/ a nice brioche bun. You can get the roll with lobster salad if that's your speed. The only recommendation I have for this roll is to request the tail. The roll was filled with the meat from the claws so it was a bit more chewy than I like. The fried clam strips and fries were fried to perfection! No complaints there. I'll have to go back next time I'm in Massachusetts to try something different on their large menu.

The Lobster Stop is a fish market that also serves cooked seafood. It has indoor and outdoor seating and is next to the Washington Street Bridge. Inside they have live lobster tanks. I noticed that they served lobster rolls here like many places in the area do but the prices were much lower. Here they sell one for $14 with chips and pickle or 2 with chips and pickle for $25. Most restaurants I saw sell one for about $32! So I ordered 2 at the counter and they were ready in less than 10 minutes. Served cool on hot dog size buns they were delicious. Who doesn't love lobster rolls? Who doesn't love them at this price? Yes, it was a very good tasting lunch that satisfied my lobster craving without disrespecting my pocket book. They have many other prepared seafood offerings here too. I saw several people buy live lobsters to take home and cook. This place is the definition of a neighborhood fish market and I'm sure that's why they are so popular.
